We’ve Moved! Our new clinic is located at 4135 Valley Commons Drive, Suite D

My own experience with acupuncture began when I was struggling with chronic, debilitating migraines. At the time, I was having as many as 12 migraines a month. After seeing multiple doctors and trying countless medications without relief, I felt frustrated and defeated. At the suggestion of a friend, I decided to try acupuncture. Within two months, my migraines had decreased from 12 a month to just two—and with continued care, they became even less frequent.

That experience ultimately led me to Chinese medicine and continues to shape the way I practice today. I understand how exhausting it can be to live with symptoms that interfere with your everyday life, and I believe deeply in taking the time to listen, look at the whole picture, and create care that is individualized to each person.

I studied Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at Pacific College of Health & Science in San Diego and hold an undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Before opening my own practice in 2020, I spent two years practicing in a community acupuncture setting, where I provided more than 5,000 treatments and gained experience working with a wide range of conditions.

Today, my practice has a special focus on women’s health, including fertility, pregnancy, postpartum care, menstrual and hormonal health, while also treating migraines and headaches, chronic and acute pain, stress and anxiety, sleep concerns, digestive issues, and nervous system dysregulation.

My approach is gentle, thoughtful, and individualized. My goal is to create a space where patients feel heard and cared for while helping the body move toward greater balance and wellbeing.
